Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the event. Cancellations can be sent to info@ottawabusinessevents.ca. Ottawa Business Events reserves the right to refuse cancellations requested less than five (5) days prior to the event. 

Ottawa Business Events reserves the right to close event registration 48 business hours prior to the start of the event or when maximum capacity is reached.
